How Our Committees Work — and Why We Need YOU
ORLANDO, Fla. – Committees are the backbone of the association’s drive to improve Florida’s real estate industry. Volunteer committee service enables members to discuss issues directly impacting the Realtor® profession and Florida homeowners – everything from the environment to public policy to the association’s real estate contracts and forms.
"As a member-led and member-focused organization, your knowledge and expertise are the literal keys to our success,” says 2024 Florida Realtors® President-Elect Tim Weisheyer, who will serve as president in 2025. “As we launch our committee sign-up process, I want to personally invite you to participate in the work we do to support our members’ success and the vibrant real estate and business environment we enjoy in Florida. Together, we will ensure Florida Realtors is the recognized and trusted voice for real estate in Florida. Please apply today.”
The 2025 committee application period opens at 10 a.m. today, March 1.
