Florida Talent Recognized as 30-Under-30

Four Florida real estate pros made Realtor Magazine’s 30-Under-30 list for 2025, honored for business savvy, leadership and community dedication.

ORLANDO, Fla. — Four young professionals from Florida were selected as part of Realtor Magazine’s 30 Under 30 class of 2025, demonstrating business acumen, leadership and a commitment to community that sets them apart in the real estate industry.

This year’s honorees from Florida are as follows:

  • Madison Allen, Homerun Realty, Ocala
  • Kelsey Lohman, Lohman Realty, Tallahassee
  • Kayden Schaper, Coldwell Banker Commercial Benchmark, Port Orange
  • Tiffany "Amber" Watson, Michael Saunders & Company, Sarasota

“Those selected for “30 Under 30” are also setting a good example for others by volunteering their time, donating money, raising awareness and even building nonprofit organizations alongside their real estate businesses. Many demonstrate how ingrained real estate agents are in their communities, putting as much effort into their philanthropic endeavors as they put into their real estate businesses,” the National Association of Realtors® said. “This year’s honorees exemplify what it means to be a Realtor®, a member of NAR. That is, a belief in private property ownership, a commitment to ethical practice and an understanding of the value of working together.”

More than 300 real estate practitioners applied for the 2025 honor. The field was narrowed to a pool of 50 in February. Giselle Gaitan with @properties REMI Christie's International RE in Ann Arbor, Mich., was named the Web Choice winner.

All of the winners will be profiled in a special digital edition of Realtor Magazine on June 26.
