Florida Realtors has released new buyer representation forms in advance of the practice changes related to the NAR settlement.
Florida Realtors Releases New Buyer Representation Forms
ORLANDO, Fla. – Florida Realtors® released four new forms that incorporate the practice changes required for National Association of Realtors® members under the proposed settlement agreement.
The new forms are available on Form Simplicity. Florida Realtors released the forms to provide maximum flexibility to compensation arrangements in transactions. The effective date for practice changes is Aug. 17.
Juana Watkins, Florida Realtors vice president of law and policy and general counsel, also released a video about the forms and other information regarding the settlement agreement.
