How Property Managers Can Handle — and Prevent — Conflicts
A property manager's job is to meet the needs of both the owner and the tenant, with the emphasis on the financial relationship with the owner. With a system in place, there is less room for conflict. Set standards with the owner in the beginning of the business relationship so there are no surprises.
