Florida Military Specialist (FMS) Petition to Graduate

Ready for your FMS certification?

After successfully completing the Military Relocation Specialist and the Florida Military Specialist courses, members can receive the FMS Certification. Simply fill out the FMS Petition to Graduate form and Florida Realtors^® will send you your certificate and pin! You can then use the Florida Military Specialist Certification in promoting yourself!

Please submit the FMS Petition to Graduate Form on this page. Once the information has been received, it may take 4-6 weeks for processing. You will receive a confirmation email once all has been completed. Once you receive your confirmation you can then proudly display the FMS Certificate, use the FMS logo on business cards and wear the FMS pin.
