President

Tim Weisheyer, broker-owner, Dream Builders Realty and dbrCommercial Real Estate Services in Central Florida, is the 2025 president of Florida Realtors, the state’s largest professional trade association. He is active in both residential and commercial brokerage, as well as real estate development.
Weisheyer was the president of the Osceola County Association of Realtors® in 2011 and was recently awarded its Lifetime Achievement Award for more than two decades of outstanding commitment to the industry. He has been recognized for his service and leadership on the local, state and national levels, including being inducted into the National Association of Realtors® (NAR) Hall of Fame. As a former elected official, Weisheyer is also a recognized leader in education at all levels and served as president of the Florida School Boards Association.
He is the chair for the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority Board, which oversees operations at Orlando International Airport and Orlando Executive Airport. Weisheyer was appointed to the GOAA board in May 2021 by Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis and has also served as the chairman of the Orlando Executive Airport Advisory Commission.

Chuck Bonfiglio, broker-owner of AAA Realty Group in Plantation, is the 2025 president-elect of Florida Realtors, the state’s largest professional trade association. He specializes in residential real estate brokerage.
Bonfiglio is a member of Broward, Palm Beaches & St Lucie Realtors® and a former president of his local Realtor association. He has served on numerous committees and task forces for the Florida Realtors® and the National Association of Realtors® in the past decade.

Jorge Guerra Jr., broker with Real Estate Sales Force in Miami, is the 2025 vice president of Florida Realtors, the state’s largest professional trade association. He is active in residential and commercial real estate.
A leader in regional, state and national real estate associations, Guerra is a member of the Miami Association of Realtors®, serving as 2020 chairman. He is a former chair of the Miami Young Professional Network, and a former president of the Miami Residential Board. He has been a director for the state association and served as a global liaison for the National Association of Realtors.

Jeffrey Levine, broker-associate with Keller Williams Realty Services in Boca Raton, is the 2025 treasurer of Florida Realtors, the state’s largest professional trade association. He specializes in residential brokerage.
A leader in regional, state and national real estate associations, Levine is a member of Broward, Palm Beaches & St. Lucie Realtors, serving as 2019 president. He has been a director and committee leader for the state association and has served in the board of the National Association of Realtors.

Cyndee Haydon, broker-associate with Future Home Realty Inc. in Seminole, is the 2025 secretary of the state’s largest professional trade association. She is active in residential brokerage.
A leader in regional, state and national real estate associations, Haydon is a member of the Pinellas Realtor® Organization, serving as 2020 president. She has held multiple leadership positions within the National Association of Realtors® and will be the 2025 vice chair of NAR's Regulatory Issues Forum. She also has held a long-standing role on the Stellar MLS Board of Directors, which impacts over 80,000 Realtor members across Florida.

Margy Grant is the chief executive officer for Florida Realtors®, the largest professional trade association in Florida. She is a Certified Association Executive (CAE) and also holds the Realtor Association Certified Executive (RCE) designation, earning recognition for specialized industry knowledge as well as association achievements and experience. She is a member of the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE).
In 2024, she was named as one of HousingWire's Women of Influence, which honored 100 women nationwide for their significant contributions to the housing industry and for paving the way for a new generation of leaders. Grant is one of only three association executives chosen by the National Association of Realtors® to be inducted into its Dr. Almon R. (Bud) Smith, RCE, AE Leadership Society in 2024 for her contributions to the industry and the profession; she was recognized for her outstanding leadership and willingness to help others. She also was honored with a HousingWire Vanguard award in 2023, which recognize forward-thinkers and trailblazers who shape the real estate industry.
Grant has been recognized as an industry leader for her dedication and hard work, being named to the Swanepoel Power 200 list of the most powerful leaders in residential real estate. Under her watch, Florida Realtors was selected as one of the Top Workplaces in Central Florida by the Orlando Sentinel for the last four years. The state association also recently was recognized as one of Florida Trend Magazine’s top 100 “Best Companies to Work For in Florida” in 2024, marking the third consecutive year for that honor.
Grant earned her Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, at the Suffolk University School of Law in Boston and her bachelor’s degree in political science at the University of New Hampshire in Durham, N.H. She is a member of the Florida Bar, Massachusetts Bar and the California Bar (inactive status). Grant joined Florida Realtors in 2005 and served the state association as its chief operations officer and general counsel before becoming CEO.
