Five Florida Finalists Named to NAR’s 30-Under-30

NAR announced the names of the 50 finalists vying for its 2025 30-Under-30 class, and five are from Florida. Voting for a Web Choice Winner opens April 2.

ORLANDO, Fla. – Five young real estate professionals from Florida are among 50 rising industry stars vying for Realtor® Magazine’s 30 Under 30 class of 2025, coming from diverse areas of the state – from South Florida to the state’s capital city – and exemplifying the energy, innovation and dedication for the future of real estate.

The finalists, narrowed down from a pool of 300 applicants, have shown grit, tenacity and ability to move through changes gracefully, the National Association of Realtors® said.

“They’ve navigated housing shortages, a pandemic and practice changes. Nothing deters them though, and through it all, they’ve stood as shining examples of professionalism and poise, putting the needs of their clients and their communities first,” NAR said of the candidates.

30-Under-30 Floridian finalists

  • Madison Allen, Homerun Realty, Ocala
  • Ryelee Lebowitz, The Inside Network, Miami
  • Kelsey Lohman, Lohman Realty, Tallahassee
  • Kayden Schaper, Coldwell Banker Commercial Benchmark, Port Orange
  • Tiffany "Amber" Watson, Michael Saunders & Company, Sarasota

Web Choice Award

The Web Choice Award focuses on the 50 finalists but is a separate honor from the 30-Under-30 class. The Web Choice Award winner secures a spot in 2024’s 30-Under-30 class and earns a special recognition in an online Realtor Magazine article. Judges then select the other 29 honorees from the field of finalists.

Voting for the Web Choice Award opens on Wednesday April 2 at noon CST and closes April 9 at noon CST.
