NAR provides clarity on its new Multiple Listing Options for Sellers policy, addressing seller flexibility, delayed marketing and more.
WASHINGTON — The National Association of Realtors® shared additional information about its new Multiple Listing Options for Sellers policy, answering frequently asked questions about its impact on listings, brokerages and consumer choice.
The information comes after NAR President Kevin Sears announced the new MLS policy statement that will work alongside the Clear Cooperation Policy to give brokers the flexibility to meet the needs of selling clients while also supporting fair housing by providing buyers and their agents with equal access to MLS property information.
