Get AI chatbots to recommend you

Tips to help you stand out as more buyers and sellers turn to AI for help finding a Realtor.

When Palm Beach Gardens-based Billy Nash, of Nash Luxury with The Keyes Company, met with a couple looking to sell their home, he told them that 99% of his listings come from referrals. When he asked how they’d found him, they credited Claude.ai.

Specifically, they recounted that they’d asked the AI chatbot to suggest a skillful “storyteller” who could market their home effectively. Claude recommended Nash, who has a large digital presence and emphasizes his storytelling ability in his marketing. He ended up receiving the $4 million listing.

Here are some ways to increase the odds AI will do the same for you.

• Establish a large digital presence: Work on getting press from newspapers and other media outlets with strong online presences and ask satisfied customers to leave positive reviews about you on multiple websites. In your online profiles and bios, cite credentials and awards you’ve earned.

• Clarify your specialty: “Storyteller” is a buzzword in Nash’s bios. In your online profiles and bios, choose words or phrases that represent your niche or unique skills. Consistency can improve AI search results.

• Emphasize your expertise: If you have years of experience, include that data point in your profiles and bios. On your website and social media accounts, post an FAQ with questions and answers your prospects and clients ask often.
