Financial Help from the Realtor Family for Hurricane Victims
The National Association of Realtors® Realtors Relief Foundation® (RRF) approved Florida Realtors®' disaster relief grant application in the wake of Hurricanes Helene and Milton, opening up thousands of dollars in assistance to the storms' victims across the state.
And these funds aren't just for members of the Realtor family — any Florida resident who suffered damage to their primary residence can apply for assistance from the RRF.
The RRF grants are separate from the Florida Realtors Disaster Relief Fund assistance program, which is exclusive to Realtors and Realtor staff. However, the hurricane relief funds are being administered by the Florida Realtors Disaster Relief Fund trustees. Click here to learn more about this relief and apply.
Here's a look at what you need to know about applying for RRF disaster relief.

About the organizations
The Florida Realtors Disaster Relief Fund was formed as a trust in the state of Florida in August 1992, and since then it has been assisting Realtors and their employees as well as local associations and staff who experienced damage to their primary residences or offices caused by natural disasters.
The Realtors Relief Foundation is 501(c)3 nonprofit organization dedicated to providing housing-related assistance to victims of disasters. Created as a REALTOR®-driven response to the 9/11 terrorist attacks, RRF continues to restore and rebuild communities affected by disasters such as wildfires, hurricanes, earthquakes, and tornados thanks to the generosity of individual REALTORS®, REALTOR® Associations, and affiliated organizations. Together, through the RRF, our community has helped over 17,000 families remain in their homes.
