Turn your website into a lead machine

Your website should be more than an online brochure. See how this Florida Realtor® used an all-in-one platform to generate more leads and simplify her tech stack.

When Colin Takara, a digital marketing expert, first set up a website for his wife, Orange Park-based Susie Takara, a Realtor® with United Real Estate Gallery, he used the all-in-one lead generation platform, Real Geeks.

Later, to cut expenses, he migrated to Wordpress, using an Internet Data Exchange (IDX) plug-in to share live MLS listings.

Then, last fall, Takara heard about a newer alternative: AgentLoft.

In January 2026, he began building his wife’s new site using this lead generation platform, along with running Google and Facebook ads.

Here’s why and how AgentLoft has been working well for the Takaras.

  • All-in-one platform: AgentLoft takes the place of a website and encompasses a lead generation engine. AgentLoft’s CEO, Ryan Fitzgerald, who also owns Raleigh Realty, compared the website front-end of his company’s platform to a “mini-Zillow.” “You have ownership of your traffic and leads,” Fitzgerald explains.
  • Powerful SEO and IDX: “I was looking for a new generation of IDX platforms,” Takara says. “AgentLoft was designed for modern search systems. It auto-builds your city and neighborhood pages. All you have to do is add content to them.”
  • Ample leads: “Currently, beside Follow Up Boss, we haven’t found the need to spend money on add-on technology,” Takara says. “The number and quality of leads have gone up tremendously. Susie got over 100 leads last month.”
  • Data collection: AgentLoft collects behavioral data for visitors and can send alerts and reach out to prospects.

“The ROI has been exponential,” says Takara, who was so impressed with the platform he began working for the company. “Compared to our previous set-up, this was a big jump. It has breathed new life into Susie’s operations.”
